I have been certified through the National Court Reporters Association as a Certified Legal Video Specialist since 2008.

I have recorded dozens of videotaped legal depositions for cases in state and federal courts, and I know the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with regard to correct format for legal depositions.

I use a Sony professional video camera, and I can record the date/time stamp on the image or not, depending on attorney preference.  I use a  multi-channel mixer and Sony professional wired lavalier microphones with a neutral gray backdrop.

I can do normal and split-screen depositions. Here are some actual screen shots, with faces blurred for confidentiality:
